Data Deletion
At Tidora Consulting, you can request the deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Request Your Data to Be Deleted
If you have interacted with Tidora through our website, forms, connected applications, social media integrations or other digital services, you may request deletion of personal information that we hold about you.
To submit a request, email:
Use the subject line:
Data Deletion Request
Please include:
• your full name
• the email address associated with your interaction with Tidora
• the platform or service you used, if relevant
• a brief description of the information you would like deleted
Please do not send passwords or other sensitive login credentials.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will review it and may contact you if we need additional information to verify your identity or locate the relevant information.
Once your request has been verified, we will delete or anonymise eligible personal information from systems under our control.
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
Information We May Need to Keep
In some circumstances, we may need to retain certain information even after receiving a deletion request.
This may include information that must be retained for:
• legal or regulatory obligations
• accounting and tax records
• contractual obligations
• fraud prevention
• security
• dispute resolution
• establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims
Where information must be retained, we will limit its use to the purpose requiring its retention where reasonably possible.
Social Media and Connected Platforms
If you have interacted with Tidora through a third party platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or another connected service, some information may also be stored independently by that platform.
Deleting information held by Tidora does not automatically delete information held independently by a third party platform.
You may need to manage that information through the privacy or account settings provided by the relevant platform.
Removing Access to Connected Applications
If you have authorised a Tidora application or integration through a third party service, you may also be able to remove its access directly from the account settings of that service.
Removing access prevents future authorised access through that connection, but it may not automatically delete information previously provided to Tidora.
To request deletion of previously collected information, submit a Data Deletion Request using the instructions above.
