Welcome to Tidora. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your engagement with Tidora Consultancy L.L.C FZ. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.
About Tidora
Tidora Consultancy L.L.C FZ is a brand and communication consultancy registered in the United Arab Emirates. We work with established businesses across strategy, positioning, brand transformation, market expansion, digital experiences, campaigns, content, and creative execution.
Our Services
Our work is structured around four core shifts: Reposition — clarifying how a business should be understood, differentiated, and valued. Rebrand — transforming how a business looks, sounds, and presents itself. Expand — preparing brands to enter new markets, audiences, categories, or regions. Activate — turning strategy and identity into campaigns, content, digital experiences, and ongoing brand execution. Specific deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and commercial terms will be agreed separately for each engagement.
Proposals and Scope
All project scopes, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined within the proposal, agreement, statement of work, or contract provided for the engagement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, timelines, or a separate agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, feedback, materials, approvals, and access required for Tidora to complete the work. Delays in receiving feedback, approvals, content, or other required information may affect agreed timelines.
Fees and Payments
Project fees and payment schedules will be communicated before work begins. Payments must be made according to the terms stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Tidora reserves the right to pause work where payments become overdue. Unless otherwise stated, fees paid for work already completed or resources already committed are non refundable.
Timelines
We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed project timelines. Timelines may change due to changes in scope, delayed approvals, delayed client feedback, third party dependencies, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a timeline changes materially, we will communicate this with the client.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tidora retains ownership of its proprietary methods, frameworks, processes, templates, concepts, and internal working materials. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use approved final deliverables in accordance with the terms of their agreement. Unused concepts, rejected creative directions, drafts, working files, and exploratory materials remain the intellectual property of Tidora unless otherwise agreed.
Portfolio and Case Studies
Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, Tidora may display completed work as part of our portfolio, case studies, social media, presentations, awards submissions, and other promotional materials. Confidential or commercially sensitive information will not be intentionally disclosed without appropriate permission.
Confidentiality
We treat non public information shared with us during an engagement as confidential. We will not intentionally disclose confidential client information to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services, authorised by the client, or required by law.
Third Party Services
Some projects may involve third party platforms, software, hosting providers, contractors, suppliers, stock assets, plugins, fonts, or other external services. These third parties operate under their own terms, pricing, licensing, and policies. Tidora is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, security, or performance issues caused by third party providers.
Website and Digital Projects
Where Tidora creates websites or other digital products, ongoing hosting, domain renewal, software subscriptions, third party integrations, maintenance, and technical support are not automatically included unless stated within the agreed scope. Clients are responsible for maintaining any third party subscriptions required for continued operation.
Results and Performance
Our work is designed to improve how businesses position, communicate, and present themselves to the market. However, business outcomes depend on multiple factors including implementation, market conditions, competition, pricing, sales activity, customer behaviour, and internal decision making. Tidora does not guarantee specific revenue, growth, engagement, conversion, or commercial outcomes unless explicitly stated in writing.
