How Women Who Thrive became a brand people could belong to

Women Who Thrive had grown from intimate gatherings into a wider ecosystem of events, partnerships, content and community experiences. Tidora helped bring structure to that growth through clearer positioning, brand architecture, messaging and ongoing creative execution, giving the community one stronger idea to rally around.

The Outcome

The community was growing faster than the brand holding it together.

Women Who Thrive had grown beyond a small gathering into a wider ecosystem of events, partnerships, conversations, ambassadors and community experiences. But as more activities were introduced, it became harder for the brand to communicate one clear idea of what Women Who Thrive actually represented.

The challenge was not simply creating more content or refreshing the visuals. The community needed a stronger foundation that could connect everything it was doing, while protecting the warmth and sense of belonging that made women want to be part of it in the first place.

Tidora’s role was to bring more clarity, structure and consistency to the brand without making the community feel overly corporate or losing the human relationships at its centre.

We moved the brand beyond networking and built it around belonging.

Women Who Thrive was never simply about putting women in the same room. The deeper value was creating spaces where women could connect, grow and feel supported without having to constantly prove themselves.

We helped clarify that idea through a positioning centred on belonging over performance, giving the brand a stronger emotional territory and a clearer reason for people to participate.

This shifted the conversation from “another women’s networking community” towards a brand built around meaningful connection, personal growth and experiences designed to help women thrive together.

We gave the growing ecosystem a clearer structure.

As the community expanded, its different activities needed a simple framework that people could understand and the internal team could use when developing new initiatives.

We organised the experience around five pillars: Connect, Create, Train, Succeed and Confide. Each pillar gave a clearer home to the different ways Women Who Thrive supported its members, from relationships and learning to creativity, opportunity and more personal conversations.

The architecture created room for the brand to keep growing without every new programme or event feeling disconnected from the larger Women Who Thrive experience.

We gave the community a clearer language for what women were joining.

The communication needed to carry the same warmth as the community itself while becoming more intentional about what Women Who Thrive stood for.

We developed messaging around connection, belonging, growth and shared experience, creating a clearer way to introduce the brand, explain its activities and communicate the value behind its different initiatives.

The result was a voice that could work across social content, event communication, partnerships and community updates while still feeling personal, encouraging and recognisably Women Who Thrive.

We brought the people behind the community closer to the brand.

Women Who Thrive was deeply connected to the vision and personalities of its founders, Sue Sirjani and Achasah Weinreb, but that story needed to become a more visible part of the brand.

We worked on bringing the founders into the communication through personal stories, behind the scenes content and more intentional founder visibility.

This helped give the brand a human face and made the community feel less like an organisation speaking at women and more like something being built alongside them.

We created a stronger visual world for a brand with many experiences.

As Women Who Thrive grew, the visual identity needed to work across very different moments, from intimate community gatherings and workshops to partnerships and larger events such as the annual Gala.

Tidora helped shape a more cohesive visual direction that could feel elevated without losing warmth. This also included thinking through how event specific expressions, such as the Gala’s red and gold direction, could feel distinctive while still belonging to the wider Women Who Thrive brand.

The goal was not to make every touchpoint look identical. It was to make the brand recognisable even when the experience changed.

We turned the strategy into a system for everyday communication.

The brand needed to stay alive between events.

We developed content pillars, editorial direction and ongoing creative support for the different stories Women Who Thrive needed to tell, including community moments, educational content, founder stories, partner activities, member experiences and upcoming events.

Tidora also supported the day to day communication around the community, helping create a more consistent rhythm between what happened offline and what members experienced across the brand’s digital channels.

We carried the brand into the experiences where the community actually came together.

Women Who Thrive’s brand was experienced most strongly through its events, workshops and collaborations, so the work could not stop at social media.

Tidora supported communication and creative execution across wellbeing experiences, workshops, training sessions, creative activities, screenings, partner events and brand activations.

Each experience became another opportunity to reinforce what Women Who Thrive stood for: creating spaces where women could connect, participate and grow in ways that felt useful and genuine.

We stayed involved as the brand continued to move.

The work extended beyond one strategy document or visual refresh.

Tidora continued supporting Women Who Thrive across content creation, design, event communication, photography and video direction, partnerships, campaign assets and ongoing brand decisions.

That continuity meant the thinking behind the brand could keep showing up in the everyday work, helping a growing community remain coherent even as new initiatives, events and opportunities were introduced.
